Ignited Dance Collective

A Non- Profit Organization, founded in 2019. IGNITED was created as an initiative to grow and provide a space for adult dancers in the midlands. We offer a dynamic space where passion takes center stage. Encouraging adults to continue their dance journey by cultivating creativity and connection through the joy of dance. Come experience the energy and let us ignite your passion and artistry!

Together, we train, perform, collaborate, create, and connect.

The Collective meets every Sunday from September to June, Opening with Open Call and closing out with our Annual Showcase, UncensoredYou.

This season we are premiering two sectors of Ignited. Base members are guaranteed to learn and perform one foundational dance at Uncensored You and enjoy all benefits of being a member of the collective. Elite members will be an auditioned sector offering two additional pieces and other performance opportunities, these members will meet 4pm - 6pm.

From 6pm-7pm, is a technique hour for all members of Ignited, followed by a Choreography/ Rehearsal hour to set and rehearse any choreography for the season.

During the season, all members are given the opportunity to participate in group dances, guest artist pieces, photoshoots, films, performances, competitions, conventions, dance festivals, master classes, etc.

As we learn and grow, we are able to offer more opportunities to our collective

Currently with cost-efficient monthly dues we provide: Costuming for group works, Guest-Artist Choreography, Weekly Rehearsals & Training, 2 Photoshoots each season, 2 performance opportunities each season, one on one choreography workshopping as well as teaching/choreographic opportunities for seasoned members.

All funds go to weekly space rental, professional photography, professional videography, inclusive and high quality costuming, show/film venue(s) and other materials that allow Ignited Dance Collective to function.
